Had time for a quick blast (if by blast I can include pushing it up the steep bits) on the bike. It's not like I even enjoy it very much. There's too much pain and discomfort for that. I just do it for the exercise. Home in time to listen to ISIHAC on the wireless machine. Jack Dee is a worthy successor to Humph.
Had roast turkey crown for dinner. It's been in the freezer since last December. I said to B that we should have left it another month but she said who wants food poisoning over Christmas. A fair point well made I thought.
