"O Christmas Tree"

We have just come through a winter storm, following very mild days for this time of year. Over 35 cm of snow has now fallen and the temperatures have dropped to below minus 30 with wind chill. But after the blizzard when the sun comes out, it is absolutely beautiful with snow-laden branches and the pristine ground cover of sparkling snow. The roads remain treacherous, so I dare not pause to drink in the beauty while driving!
