Advent Day 1....

I thought I'd do an online picture Advent Calendar in the run up to Christmas. So here's day one. I had the first day to myself in nearly three weeks so I thought I'd go for a walk and headed for Dunham Massey Park. People are out and about buying their trees and decking their halls in readiness for the big day. There was a good crop of bright, red berries on this holly bush. But I decided to leave them be. The birds will need them in January far more than I need them to deck my halls this December.
