Something missing...

Stopped at the lights in Sallanches & I saw this (potentially) lovely tableau in the town square. I can see where they're going, and obviously the Christmas festivities need to start - but can't help thinking it looks a little forlorn without the snow.
The Blokey part of me also reckons they'll have to redo it all when they do finally get two or three feet of the white stuff.
Still at least the reindeer have something to eat.
