Having a Blast on a Frigid Cold Day

I had the pleasure of a meeting today with MaryAnn, my favorite (and first-ever) client. We both brought our dogs and wound up parking right next to each other so my dog, Lola, and MaryAnn's dog, Frances, were facing each other through their car windows.

Our meeting went on for close to two hours, but we got a lot done, and when we came out, both Lola and Frances were ready for action, so off we went to --- the cemetery. There was a beautiful cemetery just up the road from our meeting place and the wide open fields are apparently a favorite spot for dog walkers. It never occurred to me to walk about in a cemetery, so today was my first visit!

Lola and Frances get along very well. They share the same sweet nature, high energy, speed, and agility, and they also generously share their toys. When playing a chasing game, they each take turns, graciously switching from being the chaser or the chased.

Though there were many, many sticks to choose from, Lola and Frances preferred to share one stick, chewing it up from opposite ends. All four of us had such a wonderful time, I'm sure we will find a way to meet up again.
