17:41 to Glasgow

First sub-zero commute of the winter this morning. Not a huge problem. Except the brake cables freezing and causing the calliper to lock up. And the same with the gear shift-cable that also froze and left me in too high a gear as I headed on to the maddest, busiest roundabout on the route. Or the new (to me) message on the iPhone that said it needed to cool down before I could use it. Smart phone my arse, it was minus 2.

Not so cold heading back, but this isolated patch of freezing fog filtering through the trees at the level crossing caught my eye and had me hanging around for five minutes waiting for the teatime Alloa to Glasgow train to rattle through.
