What do we want? Free education!

About 100 UEA students staged a short demo this lunchtime which featured each student carrying one or more red boxes symbolising threats to education in the UK. The old chants still carry some weight: 'What do we want? Free education! When do we want it? Now!'

The demo lasted about 15 minutes and was one of several actions taking place in Universities up and down the country on the day of the Government's Autumn Statement.
