Partridge Breast

Although I slept reasonably last night, I was feeling pretty run down and I still have a bad throat so I stayed in and tried to keep warm. I had a couple mugs of hot Ribena and then decided to spice it up a bit with some cinnamon and ginger, it tasted quite good, not dissimilar to the Gluhwein I had yesterday! I thought a wee touch of alcohol would improve it so added a "glug" of my chilli infused vodka. Damn it is VERY spicy!

I decided to try and improve on my usual food presentation skills, so today's Blip is partridge breast pan fried with garlic pepper and Italian herbs with black pudding and potatoes with a black currant jelly sauce and garnished with carrots, chilli and parsley.
