A grey, wet day and a derelict building......

Today when walking along the ridge of Reigate Hill it was very grey, wet and misty. Several forts and look out towers were built high in the Surrey Hills. This is one such building but it is fenced off with barbed wire and with trees growing all around it, which makes It looks very desolate. This is the view of the tower from a lower path. The rain spots on the lens, I think, adds to the dereliction of the overall scene.
