It's about time

I got out for a sunrise. I wasn't going as when I first got up I thought it was raining but a quick look to the North and the old hand out palm up test confirmed no rain and off I went. It was lovely down at Merewether this morning with some unusual clouds to the East. There was a cricket bat washed up on the beach. I wonder if it was some sort of tribute to Phillip Hughes. There was also a little yellow toy VW beetle. Some dolphins swam past and there were two kestrels on the beach that I didn't even try to photograph but they were quite close and then took off. More storms apparently tonight. Sydney seems to have got the worst of it so far. Happy Friday blippers.
