Bike Park Wales. Free lifts uphill. Free ride down hill. Just what the doctor ordered.

We rode in sunshine (cold) all day. Caught the last uplift of the day. We came down. It started to rain. All excellent timing, topped by a frothy coffee in front of my favourite fire.

I need bed.
