Power to the women!

I'm on the train home after an amazing week away for work, which was rounded off with today's NUS Women In Leadership conference. I was so proud to be with over 250 women from colleges and universities across the UK - and, representatives from the National Society of Apprentices!

This book was in my conference bag and makes for depressing yet empowering reading. My train is running an hour late so I'm trying to focus on the positives by aiming to get stuck into this.
