A Quiet Sunset and a Lone Surfer.....

at the mouth of Margaret River.

This is called Surfers Point where the famous international Margaret River Masters surfing competition is held.

Sunrise 5.30 am, sunset 7.30 pm - no daylight saving here in Western Australia - 26 degrees today.

Spent the day coming down here this morning from Perth and had most of our shopping done by the time we got to Margs. Strawberries from the strawberry farm, cherries from a road side orchard, and camembert, yoghurt and ice cream from The Margaret River Dairy Company on the trip down.

Tidying up jobs in the afternoon - grass to be mowed and slashed and tomato and zucchini bushes to be watered and staked. Hoping they might be ready for Christmas.

Finished the day with a glass of wine while watching the sunset which became today's blip. Plenty of sun sinking fotos to choose from but it was a quiet show!

Go LARGE to find the surfer.

Have a lovely weekend!
