1874 Northwich 0 Glossop North End 3 FA Vase

As Chester didn't have a game today I went along to Winsford to watch 1874 Northwich play Glossop North End in the FA Vase. I had been meaning to watch 1874 for some time as I have a great deal of sympathy for the supporters who launched the club after Northwich Victoria were so badly mismanaged.

Despite being on a good run 1874 were well beaten 3-0 but they hardly helped their cause with a pointless sending off midway through the first half. I think Glossop would still have won even if it had been 11 against 11 as they were much the better side.

I took a few photos at the ground but my choice was limited by a mark on the camera lens which spoilt several pictures.
