Christmas in the air

This is part of a chocolate log that I make every Christmas. I found the recipe in what was then The Daily Telegraph in 1955. I made it that year and have done every year since. How many logs is that? It is easy as wink to make, just a chocolate Swiss roll with a butter cream filling (with sherry) and butter cream frosting ( with sherry). It is pretty rich!
