Busy Day

Am full of cold and also had a full on day so am feeling rough.

Was up early with Leo then made our usual trip to the Library, we plodded around Cully trying in vain to get Leo some Match Attax cards, we voted on the neighbourhood plans, checked out the pop up art gallery, visited Aldi only to find out the shelves were bare where Mum's favourite almond chocolate should have been, popped to Tiverton to buy a Christmas top for mum, had a few minutes rest at home, then popped back out for a bell ringing session for the Christmas parade, wandered around all the Christmas. Stalls where Leo won a very unexciting box of Ritz crackers on the tombola, visited Santa in his Grotto and Leo piped up 'Grandad, I hate to tell you this but that Santa is your friend from the Bowls Club', then we came home at last and I have just finished week 7 of my Forensic Science MOOC - phew!

I should go to bed but my nose won't stop streaming and that is not exactly conducive to a nice lie down.

Oh and Leo is very pleased as he won the Paddington Bear competition at the Library so Paddington stickers and film tickets are heading his way :)
