The Shepherds in the fields saw a star

My day began with my brother & his granddaughter walking over to my house for a short visit. One of the things Kerrie likes to do is throw the ball for the neighbour's dog. She puts some power behind those throws too. On one throw, she put so much power in it she slipped on the wet leaves and ended up on her bottom!

Kent spent most of the day at church helping to set up for tonight. The booths were great. Where we signed the census and paid our taxes (canned goods for the shelter). A linen booth. . The well which contained small bottles of water. The blue & white in the background is where the kids can fish. What they catch are small bags of "Gold Fish" crackers! The fantastic fruit & vegetable booth. . There were also booths with chicken, olives, bread, cheese, nuts & hummus

After the shepherds saw the star, we came across the Three Kings who lead us to the manger where we found Mary, Joseph & the Christ child.

It was an awesome evening. I am now waiting for Kent as he and a group of men dismantle and clean up. This is Elder Smith that I made the pecans for and who broke his arm requiring a plate & pins be put in it two days ago.
