December travels - Day 4

One of the English things that Dana loves is Yorkshire pudding.

Today in a very warm Bangkok we attempted to make her first batch.

They rose well but the middles were very cake like.

Not sure if the problem was:

- the wrong flour we used 'general' which seemed the most likely to be plain.
- not having any scales, we used a jug to measure the flour then it seemed too thin so added more randomly
- not being sure of the oven temperature as it isn't the most reliable
- not cooking them long enough as we didn't have a timer

Dana is going o practice for the toast we are having in early March.
