One of the roles of the officials during the 800m race is to indicate how many lengths the swimmers still have to swim.
The swimmer you see is Pippa in her heat against three other Z.Ol.A swimmers (incl. Abbie).

Abbie swam 12.06.70 and Pippa took 12.40.64 (both smashing their 400m personal records on their way).
