Island

Not a very exciting day. We got up rather late, had a walk into Rolle, very strange to do it dogless.

This is another blip of the artificial island, built in 1838 to protect the port. And this is a rather haunting piece by Philip Glass that I have always liked.

Legs a little stiff, but hopefully will be able to run tomorrow. Here is a little video of yesterday's race which gives a good impression of the atmosphere I think. The 2nd video is the best.
