thunder the cat

Russell came to pick me up at Lucy's this morning :) We drove to his and Joan's new house in Glasgow and I got the grand tour (after the first glass of wine was poured :) )

Their house is gorgeous. They have done it up so beautifully. Big, high ceilings. Delicate cornicing. A mixture of old and new furniture. I loved it.

Their 8-year-old son treated me to a piano recital and then he started playing the clarinet too! Talented wee fella :)

Had great chat over roast chicken, spuds, broccoli, and gravy. Then mince pies and ice cream for afters. Yum.

We then posed for my blip with Thunder, the cat, who is now too fat to fit through the cat flap :)
