cinnamon stars

At long last, an extremely slow day today. Got up at 12.30, boys were faffing around all morning and we watched Harry Potter I lounging in bed. Dragged ourselves to the supermarket to stock up on baking ingredients and rolls. Prepared one dough to be turned into Plätzchen by the boys tomorrow (the dough needs to cool down first). I then made a bunch of cinnamon stars which are very high up on my list of favourites. They are a bit of a pain to make. The dough is very sticky which isn't helped by the fact that you use sugar instead of flour when you roll out the dough. The turned out nicely though.
