Christmas Tree Splurge

Our Christmas tree decoration strategy these days is a free-for-all, and it was lovely tonight to have all the family getting involved. Biggest debate was white or coloured lights, but since half the coloured lights weren't working when we unpacked them, it ended up being an easy choice.

So the tree is up, fantastically random in terms of colours, decoration quality and tangled tinsel, but since all the family chose their bits - that makes it beautiful to me.
