Nativity

After a month of rehearsals, the big day arrived.
Children were tasked by the teachers to "make all the parents cry happy tears" and I think its safe to say they succeeded (i cried enough for those that didn't!)

D was Angel Gabriel and spoke his lines beautifully. Word perfect and loud enough to hear. We were a bit worried he might actually say "there's a sausage in the sky" as prompted by Grandma as a bit of a joke a few weeks ago, but he didn't! It was all wonderfully shambolic, traditional, endearing and magic. They sang lots of songs with actions, danced a bit, picked their noses, scratched their tinsel, rearranged their animal heads and entertained us perfectly.

Well done teachers for making that happen! memories to treasure.
