Stand right back

This is Archie in mid shake, I've only just realised from taking some shots of shaking dogs that some how they do it while keeping their head in almost the same place, wierd. I've another one of him that looks really odd with an in focus eye and whirls where his whiskers have moved, but I liked this one best.
He had jumped into the lake in a particular corner that is very dark and I think he has seen his reflection at some time. Now every time we go there he gets very excited and looks for the black dog in the water, then he plunges in and searches for this elusive creature. The girls also get really excited and want to find out what it is he's looking for so they prance around this little patch on the lake edge while Archie goes into hunting mode.
