HOME SWEET HOME!

I could have taken such a better photo that this today but its been so hectic i TOTALLY forgot!

Been in leeds all day.... Was an early start to the day as Em had to get to lectures so i spent the morning in the hidden cafe. Then there was a tour of campus, lunch, an intro talk, a sample lecture (which i wasn't too sure about) and an accommodation talk and finally my interview. Was interviewed by the director (Emma) which was pretty nerve wracking but she was lovely and very relaxed. Spent a lot of the interview talking about international development and theology to then find out it was her specialist subject which was a total bonus!! She finished the interview giving me her card and saying 'i would fit in well at leeds'....so it ended on a positive note and i left thinking i would hear in a few weeks or so....

Then whilst on the train home a few hours later, i got an email from emma saying they would certainly be making me an offer and some suggestion for links i should look at. Also told me that if i had any questions just to email her! So yes a MASSIVE answer to prayer!!

And finally....headed straight from the station to the wilsons for ju and pauls welcome back party. Was sooooooo good to see them again...gutted i had to leave early but i was totally cream cracker-ed. Got home had a bath and now bed...back too school tomorrow!
