Test Drive

This is the first image I've produced using focus-stacking and is a test of the 'DSLR Dashboard' app that I downloaded onto my phone. Although the app documentation is somewhat scarce and some of the functions take a bit of figuring out, I am impressed with the abilities of something that is free to download and use. This image was created from 20 shots and stacked/blended in Photoshop CC. The blending isn't perfect but is good enough for a start. The subject, by the way, is a tray of 'Hama' plastic beads that measure 5mm x 5mm.
