Advent Day 11....

Christmas is a chance for a bit of indulgence and there's nothing wrong with that. And nothing is more indulgent than chocolate. There's a couple of stalls at the Christmas Markets selling this very indulgent Italian chocolate flavoured with all kinds of wonderful things. We buy wedges of different kinds and serve them up as a second pudding at dinner parties. People cut slices off like you might with cheese. If you haven't tried this chocolate, search it out before it disappears for another year...
