Gulls just wanna have...

...well, bread, it seems. And they're not fussy about the sell-by date.

These black-headed gulls are rather pretty, pristine white and angelic-looking against the sky, and they're expert fliers. Their behaviour isn't quite so angelic, though.

That's seascapes' hand offering the bread. She was careful to keep her gloves on!
