DANGER! ... No Swimming!

The wind was howling when I awoke. It was early but the rain was not that heavy. My wife thought I was nuts but I headed off on a photography expedition anyway.

They had cordoned off the sea wall around Samphire Hoe but after a quick hop over the fence much drama to be had there. I'm not sure you can make out the sign to the right of the barrier due to the high ISO I had to use given the early light. It says "no swimming"... good tip.

I got totally... I mean TOTALLY drenched and then when I thought it couldn't get any worse ... it started hail stoning :-).
