Thanksgiving

On Thanksgiving Day, we went to Calistoga, one of our favourite restaurants. They had a big wine-tasting event on, with lots of Californian wines to taste and buy. Afterwards, we had a gorgeous three course meal. This was my main course: slow-cooked lamb shoulder with root mash. As always, the food was beautifully prepared, and big on taste.
