Staffta's...

Feeling such a sense of gratitude, privilege and pride tonight after our staff festive party and meal. What an inspirational, creative, committed and dedicated bunch they all are!

Our party included what has become an annual event - our Staffta's. Fun awards voted for by the staff, mixed in with ones that recognise things like going the extra mile or the team member that is always supportive and the first to offer to help.

The team that put them together - including the funniest video I've seen in a long time! - are so good at it - the right mixture of fun and warm heartfelt thanks on behalf of everyone.

A wonderful day. A truly wonderful team doing amazing things to make a difference in the lives of young people. I'm a very proud CEO tonight.



(I'm also a bit of an over-excited one as we had a bit of a secret mission tonight. All will be revealed on Tuesday! But anything that involves hiring a snow machine is always a joy!)
