A frosty, muddy, chilly run-my favourite kind.

Clent hills this morning-a perfect winters day.
Lots of frost, icy puddles and patches of ankle deep mud plus empty hills to run and jump around.
I like winter.

(note: My running everyday was going well until i went to Norway in June for the summer to do field work (collecting plants-yes, living the dream!). There was one day in which i was non-stop busy from 3am until 11pm-i was really sad that i missed out on that day's run but i learnt alot from the consecutive days of running. Mostly i learnt that running everyday is much easier than doing a PhD, so i've got no excuses really. I saw some really beautiful sights whether early in the morning or late at night, each and every run was always a learning experience and 100% worth getting into those smelly running shoes.)
