So that's our Christmas shopping done. Two hours, three shops and most of the presents are bought, as well as the wrapping paper.

This was taken while we were having a cup of fig/date/lemon/all kinds of plants black tea. Soooo good after having been in the very wet outside. Apparently Sookie liked the smell and wanted to come closer to have a good sniff. J. felt the enthusiasm through her jeans!

Thanks again for your encouragements in the past few days. Yesterday's meeting consisted in every department in the firm presenting their SWOT analysis, current business model and their projection. It was actually quite elating, if stressful. My colleague and I feel our new CEO has a true vision and love it that he wanted to know ours before he and the strategy committee present a strategic plan to the board of shareholders. It's good to feel valued.
