Vegetable spirals

I went to the Saturday market and bought a lot of different vegetables and fruit at very good price and good quality.
I haven't cooked this romanesco broccoli yet because I wanted to take some pics of this photogenic vegetable. Isn't it pretty? I love its vegetable spirals.
