So, for tomorrow's Tayburn lunch for a £1 challenge I've cooked a sausage casserole with dumplings - my budget was £3 (for 3 people) & I came in at £3.03

It's been a painful day after the nonsense of the night before - will I ever learn?! The photo of me dancing to Duran Duran with a cat bed on my head is a classic though!
