Picoides Pubescens

I've been trying to capture this little Downy Woodpecker for a few weeks but he's usually too quick for me. I think they tend to stay on the feeder a little longer when it's snowing so I caught him today. His wife is usually close by and often on the feeder with him but I didn't see her today.
