Wind over Purau

Having a quiet day today after a busy weekend. Adrian took our friends into town, leaving me at home in the peace and quiet. Went for a short walk this afternoon up the hill to Bay View Road where a warbler was singing, and down the native gully with lots of fan tails. As I walked back along Rawhiti, the easterly was really blowing up the harbour and shimmering across the grass on the headland in the picture.

It's very early days with my drug treatment, but the last two days during our morning meditation my breathing has been easier, and the small surface skin lesion which appeared on my chest a couple of weeks ago is definitely smaller.....
