Advent-ures With Lego Day 12

A bit bored, and fed up with snowman's shenanigans recently, our hero has opened a gift from under his Chrismas tree, it looks like it might be an RC Car but the wheels don't touch the ground?

Seriously though, what even is this? I know Lego is about using our imagination but really? maybe I'm just getting too old.
