Smile the World LOVES You

I had a great Mindfulness course today, we learnt about mindfulness of breath and body in movement, this can actually change my experience by connecting with a wider space and a broader perspective from which to view things.
I'm so looking forward to my exercise/homework for the next 3 weeks as the classes will commence on 5th January!
