Undoubtedly not "city workers," these people lined the side walk with small buckets of paint and spruced up the handicapped parking area.

Yesterday my e-mail account was hacked, so we have spent numerous hours changing passwords and wondering if we can ever recover the e-mail addresses from the past. I have had the same hotmail account since the invention of the internet back in dinosaur days. People have moved, people have lost touch. Some are really not that important, but some ARE.
Lesson #1: make a backup of all your contacts!
