Lone Tree

After a very misty start, the blue sky returns. Had my eye on this lone tree near the little village of West Stoke for some time. Today is its day.

Early blip as the season of neighbours coming for mince pies and tea has arrived, plus wanted to get in ahead of the potential rush of Blippers doing their last minute thing before the deadline tonight. Good Luck to Blip Central with their endeavours to make things better for us.

In the autumn, three quarters
of the year has gone. My
pen moves more slowly

but with more urgency, to
say all the words before
winter's decline.

Full of words, I sit serene,
today empty of the desire
to impart more;

the grace and stillness of
winter will come
upon me soon enough.
