Wanna Play A Card Game?
At Crossfit this morning we played a 'little' card game. Get through a whole pack of cards with each suit is a specific exercise (see below) and the number on the card is how many reps you have to do before moving on. Everyone had to finish the round before we could move on. So it was non stop!
Ufff it was a beast! It was non stop and a total burner but we all got through it in 45 minutes and 13 seconds! Go Team Zombie
My hands are a little wrecked this evening!
Spades = Deadlifts 60kg
Diamonds = Pull Ups
Hearts = Kettlebell Swings 24kg
Clubs = Burpees
Jokers (2 in the pack) = 1 Block Run
Jacks = 11 reps
Queens = 12 reps
Kings = 13 reps
Aces = 14 reps
