And so it begins
The mince-pie-a-thon has begun.
Of all the things I make, these are the one thing I really don't enjoy.
But this year with my beautiful tapered rolling pin (made by the lovely Cornishman), extra large piping bags and a pastry tamper, the job is significantly less faffy than it usually is. Hopefully the whole process will pass more quickly and smoothly than usual. I have to say that so far, so good :)
