Basses loaded

Because I have a number of basses, I guess you could say, "I'm loaded with basses!"

This one of my electric versions - a copy of a Ned Steinberger designed bass - it has no head! The tuning machines are located in the tailpiece at the bottom. In order for this to happen, the special strings are 'ball end' at both ends.

A unique construction, it does eliminate some of the weight and balance issues over the normally configured bass. It also draws questions as a curiosity item when played in public.
