Nasty Bugger!

We took the dogs out for another big family walk and passed the ponds at Wester Inch Village. The dogs love running around there but I always keep them away from the swans because, as everyone knows, those things can break your arm!

The graceful creature in this picture had just returned to the water at the time of this photo, after taking a stroll out of the pond as we passed and then making a beeline for me. I thought he was after some food at first, but then I realised he is just a grumpy old bugger and he was really after me. I wasn't hanging around to see if the arm breaking stories were true, so I legged it.
