A wee bit of rain overnight made the hill seem greener this morning. A fun walk with Juno in the blustery conditions.

Pleasant stroll to work listening to podcasts.

The clock(Bell tower) on Lothian Road crossed the road last night. Spoke ot the workmen on Friday, they had encased it with metal girders on a concrete base and undermined the foundations. A crane was coming on Sunday to lift across the road to a new concrete plinth in Festival Square.

This has the major benefit that you can now see the bus coming at the Lothian Rd bus stop rather having to hang your head out onto the road. However Mait's wee project maybe impossible in this area now.

Work was ok, getting there.

Was on a Child Protection Officer course tonight, I am shattered.

Still no spawn in the pond, will play romantic music tomorrow.
