City Spring

So, even though I got fired today, it was still so fabulous out that I had no choice but to enjoy myself. Even more so, since I had unexpected time to go and get a milkshake and lay in the park and read my new book.

People are coming out in swarms now that the weather is getting nice. The park, which is usually fairly empty, was overrun with people walking dogs, running children, laying and reading, throwing baseballs back and forth...it was definitely hard to be in a bad mood out in the sunshine surrounded by laughter.
