Horse Blankets?

Laundrettes are not very common where I live.

I do wish there had been one available nearby when I was a student as I would've preferred that to doing battle the wringer washing machine in my flat.
I would save up all my washing until Saturday morning and then spend a couple hours struggling with the bastard. My experience was nothing like the one pictured in the link above and the damned wringer safety release had a habit of spontaneously triggering and whacking me in the face!
Still, in some ways it was better than the Hoover I had in a following flat because that machine ate its way through a lot of my undies and staggered uncontrollably around the room ;-(
