Mozart potatoes

This quartet will be appearing in tonight's supper. Our local farmer sells these, and other less cultural varieties, at the farm when they don't meet the supermarkets' strict specifications. But they look OK to me, and I'm sure will cook nicely. Perhaps they're slightly out of tune...
